1. General

1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the internet website of Bananhot Ltd., operating under the domain name www.bananhotbikinis.com (or any other domain name), operated and managed by Bananhot Ltd., P.C. 515454882, of 118 HaYarkon St., Tel Aviv, Israel (hereinafter: “Bananhot”).

1.2 Use of the Website is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these Terms, as they are worded at the time of use.

1.3 Headings are provided for convenience only and have no legal effect.

1.4 By accessing or using the Website, you agree that these Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bananhot. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website.

2. Products and Website Use

2.1 Bananhot sells on the Website swimsuit products under the BANANHOT brand (hereinafter: the “Products”).

2.2 The Website is intended for private and personal use only, and for lawful purposes only.

2.3 Products may not be purchased as part of a wholesale transaction, nor for resale or redistribution.

3. Product Availability and Display

3.1 Bananhot cannot guarantee that Products displayed on the Website will be continuously available.

3.2 Bananhot may add, remove, replace, or update Products, sizes, colors, and pricing at its sole discretion, without prior notice, provided that such changes will not apply to completed orders.

3.3 Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Differences may occur due to screen display variations.

4. Pricing and Promotions

4.1 Prices stated on the Website are valid at the time of presentation only.

4.2 Prices do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Bananhot may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. Unless explicitly stated, multiple promotions may not be combined.

5. Account Registration and User Information

5.1 In order to purchase Products, you may be required to provide personal information, subject to Bananhot’s Privacy Policy.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5.3 Providing false information may result in cancellation of orders and may expose you to legal liability.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 After providing the required user information (for a one-time purchase) or registering an account, you may purchase Products through the Website.

6.2 Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), subject to approval by the credit card company, or via PayPal.

6.3 If the payment provider does not approve the transaction, Bananhot will notify you via the email address provided, and no charge will be made.

6.4 If the transaction is approved, Bananhot will send a confirmation notice and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

6.5 Bananhot’s computerized records of transactions and orders shall constitute prima facie evidence of the completion of any purchase.

7. Order Processing and Shipping

7.1 Orders are processed and dispatched from Bananhot’s warehouse within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

7.2 All shipments are made via DHL.

7.3 Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on destination:

• Europe: USD 20, estimated delivery 2–3 days
• United States & Canada: USD 20, estimated delivery 2–3 days
• Australia: USD 20, estimated delivery 4–6 days

7.4 Bananhot does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

7.5 Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier company only. Bananhot shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

8. International Taxes, Duties and Customs

8.1 Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

8.2 Such charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8.3 Bananhot ships international orders under the DDU standard (Delivery Duties Unpaid).

8.4 Since customs charges are determined by local authorities, Bananhot cannot estimate or advise the amount payable. Customers may contact DHL directly for an estimation.

8.5 Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delivery delays, non-delivery, or return of the shipment, for which Bananhot shall not be liable.

8.6 In the event of an exchange shipment, the customer remains responsible for any additional duties or taxes applied to the replacement item.

9. Delivery Acceptance and Uncollected Shipments

9.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to accept and/or collect the shipment upon delivery.

9.2 If a shipment is not accepted or collected, Bananhot reserves the right to deduct USD 40 from any refundable or creditable amount, to cover handling and return costs.

9.3 The courier company may contact the customer by phone call or text message to coordinate delivery or collection.

10. Final Sale and Exchanges

10.1 All sales are final. Bananhot does not offer cancellations or refunds.

10.2 Customers may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the Product by contacting: info@bananhotbikinis.com.

10.3 Exchanges are subject to product availability. Bananhot cannot guarantee a specific size or style.

10.4 If the requested Product is unavailable, the customer will be issued store credit for use on the Website.

10.5 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

10.6 In order to process an exchange, the customer must transfer USD 50 as a shipping deposit via PayPal to: info@bananhotbikinis.com.

10.7 Exchange-related deposits and shipping fees are non-refundable.

10.8 Returned Products must be unused, with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered items will not be accepted.

11.1 Customer Support services are available Sunday through Thursday, between 13:00 and 16:00 (Israel time).

12. Product Care Instructions

12.1 Bananhot swimwear is constructed from delicate fabrics and materials.

12.2 Products are not intended for strenuous water activity or prolonged exposure to heavily chlorinated water.

12.3 Customers must follow all care instructions, including hand washing in cold water with mild soap and laying flat or hanging to dry.

12.4 Care instructions are printed on the tag of each Product.

13. No Warranty Policy

13.1 Bananhot maintains a strict no warranty policy.

13.2 Once Product tags are removed, Bananhot shall not be responsible for damage, deterioration, or normal wear and tear.

14. Repairs for Manufacturing Defects

14.1 In the unlikely event that a Product includes a verified manufacturing defect, the customer may return it within 30 days of receipt for repair.

14.2 Bananhot will not repair or replace Products for defects caused by improper care or normal wear and tear.

14.3 For valid repairs, Bananhot will cover shipping costs to and from its facilities.

14.4 Customers must contact Bananhot in advance via email at info@bananhotbikinis.com to receive repair instructions.

15. Errors, Pricing Mistakes and Order Adjustments

15.1 Bananhot takes reasonable measures to ensure that information displayed on the Website is accurate. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur.

15.2 Bananhot reserves the right to correct any error at any time.

15.3 If a confirmed order reflects a price different from the Website price, Bananhot may contact the customer to confirm acceptance of the corrected price prior to shipping.

15.4 If the customer does not agree to the corrected price, the order may be canceled and the customer will receive a refund of amounts paid, if applicable.

16. User Commitments and Prohibited Use

16.1 You agree to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

16.2 You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the Website’s operation, submit fraudulent orders, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, or violate applicable law.
