Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy explains when exchanges may be accepted and clarifies any statutory rights that may apply depending on your location.
1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through our Website are considered final sale. Bananhot does not offer refunds or order cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by applicable law.
2. Exchanges Only
We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We cannot guarantee a specific size, color, or style will be available
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

3. Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipment to Bananhot and shipment of the replacement item.
To initiate an exchange, a shipping deposit of USD 50 is required via PayPal to: info@bananhotbikinis.com. This deposit is used to cover shipping logistics and is non-refundable.
4. Condition of Items
Returned items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached, with hygiene liners in place, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
For health and safety reasons, items that are worn, washed, or soiled will not be accepted.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Bananhot ships international orders under the DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) standard.
Failure or refusal to pay customs charges may result in a package being delayed, held, or returned by the courier.
6. Uncollected or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is not accepted or collected, Bananhot reserves the right to deduct USD 40 from any creditable amount to cover handling and return fees.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved defects may be eligible for repair or replacement.
8. EU/UK Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have mandatory statutory rights, including a right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within a specific period, unless an exception applies (for example, for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed/used). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under local law.
